WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
A student who has completed registration and wants to cancel before the program start may do so by contacting the college via contact@emalearning.org or by calling (800) 380-5982. Requests for full refund of fees must be made during the first five days of the semester. After the first five days, the cancellation will be considered a withdrawal, even if the student has not attended any classes.
If a student chooses to withdraw from the program after the five-day drop/add period, the student will be responsible for the entire cost of the program. Refunds after the five-day drop/add period will be considered only in cases of a severe illness or emergency, and the amount of return will be determined individually from recoverable costs by EMA Learning at the time of the withdrawal.
Appropriate refunds shall be made in the event of the death of a student at any time during the term of current enrollment. These refunds shall be documented and authorized by the Academic Dean.
